Don't Be a Pushover. Know Your Legal Rights

Injuries, workers compensation issues, work stress due to accomodations can be detrimental to your mental and physical health.  Sometimes it's just better when you can get the proper legal advice and representation of a lawyer.  For the most part employers and its management team are there to assist you in your time of need either due to injury or some other work related issues with accomodations, etc.  But there are times when you may have a bonehead of a supervisor that may over step the boundaries of what is legally allowed and infringe upon your legal rights.  Well thats when you need to get proper legal counsel, and Local 119 along with AFSCME Council 36 is here to provide to it's union members the benefit of that counsel "free of charge".  Representatives from Ford & Wallach will be present at AFSCME Council 36 every "Second and Fourth Wednesday of the month" from the hours of 1:30pm to 4pm.  See attached pdf for more details, times, and website info.
