The SCLC of Southern California, a strong labor ally of AFSCME given our shared history with Dr. King's support of labor rights and civil rights struggles, will commemorate  the 50th anniveresary of his assassination while fighting the good fight.                           a. Rally in central LA to express support for misclassified and exploited port warehouse workers/truck drivers
                          b. Rally at 12:00 in Front of Jackie Lacey's office 
                          c. Resistance in the tradition of Dr King  5:00-6:30, Grand Performance 350 S Grand
                          d. MLK Memorial Concert at Dorothy Chandler Pavilion.7:00PM
