All six Los Angeles City locals affiliated with AFSCME District Council 36 have ratified the tentative agreement.

In January, Locals 741, 901, 2006, 2626, 3090, and 3672 reached a tentative agreement with the City of Los Angeles after months of negotiating. The new agreement gets rid of furloughs and layoffs for fiscal year 2020-21. Members also gained 40 hours of paid personal time off each calendar year of the contract.
